Using Job Data tools in your Job Settings
Overview & Objective
The Job Data section contains tools for managing and maintaining the data within a Job.
From here, you can review or remove imported data, organize images, reset primary images, group subjects, or revert a Job back to its last synced version.
Some of these tools permanently modify or delete data, so it's important to understand what each one does before using it.
Setup / Configuration
To access the Job Data tools:
Open your Job.
Navigate to Job Settings.
Select Job Data.
The Job Data section provides several utilities for managing subjects, images, and other Job data.
💡 Pro Tip: If you've accidentally imported the wrong subjects or images, use the overview tools to remove the incorrect data before importing again.

Available Job Data Tools
The following tools are available within Job Settings > Job Data.

Subject Overview | Displays the total number of subjects in the Job and provides the option to delete all subjects along with their assigned images. Useful if incorrect subject data was imported. |
Images Overview | Displays the total number of images in the Job and provides the option to delete all images. Useful if the wrong images were imported. |
Revert Job | Restores the Job to the last version successfully synced to the Captura Cloud, removing any un-synced local changes. Helpful if changes were made by mistake or the Job won't sync. |
Organize Images | Sorts all images alphabetically using their original filenames across every subject. |
Set Primary Image | Automatically assigns or reassigns the primary image for every subject using one of several selection methods. |
Group Subjects By | Creates subject groups automatically using captured subject data and assigns subjects to those groups. |
Set Primary Image Options
When using Set Primary Image, you can choose how the primary image is assigned for every subject.

First Image | Uses the first image in each subject's gallery. |
Last Image | Uses the last image in each subject's gallery. |
Newest Image | Uses the image with the most recent EXIF timestamp. |
Oldest Image | Uses the image with the oldest EXIF timestamp. |

Important: Tools that delete subjects or images permanently remove that data from the Job. Make sure you're deleting the correct information before proceeding.

Q: Where can I find the Job Data tools?
A: Open the Job, navigate to Job Settings, then select Job Data.
