Search FIelds

Bulk:	Use this to search for bulk orders
order:	Use this to search using the online order number
serviceorder:	Use this to search by the Service Order number
laborder:	Use this to search by the lab order number
job:	Use this to search by the job id
name:	Use this to search by the customer name
