We’re excited to introduce Custom Digital Downloads – a powerful new way for your studio to unlock new revenue streams by leveraging products you've designed to be delivered to shopper's digitally.

With this new feature, you can now sell your specialty designs like:

• Memory Mates

• Holiday Overlays

• Sports Trading Cards

• Photos with Name and Year

• ✨ ...and any other custom design your studio creates

All available as instant digital downloads—delivered directly to your customers' inboxes.

When adding a product from your “My Products” catalog (based on a design created in your My Designs tab):

• Open the product configuration panel

• In the Fulfillment drop-down menu, select Digital Download

• Choose the image resolution you'd like to offer

• Finish product configuration + sync!

When a shopper visits your store and selects a product configured for digital download:

• They’ll see all customization options exactly as you’ve set them up in the design.

• After purchase, the high-res file is instantly emailed to the address provided at checkout.

• Everything else works just like a regular digital download — seamless and automated.

For the 2025 fall season, you can start offering custom digital downloads to your customers at your normal download cost. In the future, this feature will be exclusive to bundled price plans. Contact your CSM to learn more.
