The Free Shipping Threshold feature in Workflow lets you set a minimum order amount that unlocks free shipping automatically at checkout. When a shopper’s cart reaches your threshold, shipping charges are removed instantly.

Set up a Free Shipping Threshold

  1. In Workflow, Navigate to Shop > Cart Templates

  2. Open an existing cart template or create a new one

  3. Within the Shipping and Handling settings click the checkbox to "Allow Free Shipping"

  4. Enter your minimum order amount

    • This amount is calculated before shipping and taxes

  5. Save the cart template

  6. Assign the template to the galleries where you want the rule to apply

Once enabled, everything runs automatically.

  • Shoppers will see a completed progress bar in the side cart view when they add an item to cart and on the cart summary page.

  • Standard shipping rates continue to apply

  • In some galleries, shoppers may see progress messaging showing how close they are to free shipping
