Hear when a long task finishes

You can hear when a long task you started finishes or fails, so you can keep working and come back at the right time. In Settings, open My Preferences and turn on Play interface sounds. Until you do, Workflow stays silent, including the click you used to hear on quick copy. You can also turn on a sound when a photo lands in the hot folder, when a barcode or QR scan finds a subject, and when you quick-copy a value. A cancelled task stays quiet, and tasks that run on their own, such as print auto-process, do not play a sound.

Clearer actions

We added tooltips across the application to clarify behavior. Also notably on the Jobs list, Download is now Save Offline.

Capture shows hot folder progress

When you open Capture, the hot folder shows indexing until Workflow has counted the images already there, then it shows the real count. After you add more images, Capture shows that processing is still running, so a first batch of images on the subject does not look like the full set.

SnapShield image protection
SnapShield can now run in Shop for eligible studios. When enabled in Workflow Shopping Cart settings, SnapShield helps protect gallery images from unauthorized capture during shopping. Learn more here.

Choose the image on each package product in order entry

Fixed Full Order so packages no longer lock default every item to the primary image.

Archive stops when the lab already has the order

Fixed archiving so Workflow stops you and explains why when the lab has already started processing the order. The order stays with the lab instead of looking archived while it is already in print.

Moved orders follow the new job's stage

Fixed moving an order so it follows the destination job's current stage, including hold fulfillment and hold direct ship. The order no longer shows as released just because it was moved.

Accented names stay intact in exports

Fixed text exports so names keep their accented characters.

Required background selection on pre-orders
Fixed an issue where pre-order checkouts could complete without a background when the price sheet required per-order background selection setting was changed mid session.
