Why am I not seeing recent changes online?
Your browser may be using stored (cached) data instead of loading the latest version of your gallery.
What happened?
It's always a good idea to preview your gallery before sharing it with customers. However, if you've recently made changes, you may notice that the gallery doesn't appear to update while you're viewing it.
In most cases, this is caused by your browser using an outdated local cache instead of downloading the newest version of the gallery.
This is especially common if you've:
Made several changes to the gallery in a short period of time.
Left items in your shopping cart while testing.
Been repeatedly previewing the gallery without clearing your browser's cached data.
The troubleshooting steps below address the most common browser cache issues and will often resolve situations where recent gallery changes aren't appearing correctly on your device.
Hard-refresh the browser window
Operating System | Keyboard Shortcut |
Windows | Ctrl + Shift + R |
MacOS | ⌘ Cmd + Shift + R. |
If that didn't work, you might need to clear your browser's local cache using its tools.
