How do I edit an order in Workflow?

Learn how to edit an order your customer placed online before it's printed using Workflow.

You'll find yourself in a position where you need to correct an order that a customer placed online. You can make certain changes to an order:

  • Add a black & white or sepia filter.

  • Change the aspect ratio, crop, rotation or zoom of an image.

  • Change the image or background ordered on a package or print.

  • Edit the billing or shipping address.

  • Edit the text entered on a My Design print.

Anything NOT listed above will require a new order.


How do I edit an order?

As long as the order HAS NOT been released, you can edit it in Workflow by:

  1. Open the Job the order was placed in.

  2. Open the Job's Orders tab.

  3. Click on the checkbox to select the order

  4. In the drop-down bar, click on ... => Edit Order:
